About this policy
This policy describes cookies and similar browser storage on the public 10ms (TenMS) website, tenms.com. Our website introduces games and services to operators and aggregators.
It covers this public website. Game demos, the partner portal and external services may use storage separately, as explained below.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small pieces of data saved in your browser that can be sent back to a website with later requests. Websites can use them to remember information between visits or support features such as security.
Local storage is a different browser technology that keeps data for a website between visits. Unlike cookies, its contents are not automatically sent with each request. We use it to remember that you have dismissed our cookie notice.
What this website stores
Notice acknowledgement. When you choose Got it, or dismiss the notice with Escape while it has focus, we save the notice version in this browser’s local storage. It contains no visitor identifier and does not enable optional tracking.
This acknowledgement has no automatic expiry. The notice appears again if you clear the site’s browser data or we publish a new notice version. If your browser blocks storage, you can still dismiss the notice for the current page session.
Navigation. Page navigation and game filters use browser history to preserve the page you are viewing. They do not require advertising or analytics cookies.
Hosting and security. Our hosting and security services may use cookies or similar technologies needed to deliver and protect the website.
We do not add advertising cookies, marketing pixels or third-party analytics to the current public website. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update our notices and request consent where required before enabling it.
Game demos and other services
A game demo loads from a separate 10ms demo service only when you choose Try demo. That service may use its own cookies or browser storage. Dismissing our website notice does not enable a demo or grant consent for its separate data practices.
The partner portal and external destinations, such as maps, also operate separately. Review the privacy and storage information for those services before using them.
Managing cookies and storage
You can use your browser’s privacy settings to view, block or delete cookies and other site data. To remove our notice acknowledgement, clear the site data for tenms.com. The notice will appear again on your next visit.
Blocking storage does not prevent you from browsing our public pages. Features provided by separate services, including demos and the partner portal, may behave differently when their storage is blocked.
Updates and questions
We will update this page if our use of cookies or browser storage changes. The revision date above identifies the current version.
For more about how we handle information, read our Privacy policy. For questions about this page, email sales@tenms.com.
